Tracked sellers
What does tracking a seller do?
Tracking a seller means following the products they add to their Amazon storefront. Add a storefront and new products appear in your feed, with the data you need to decide whether to investigate further.
How do I find sellers worth tracking?
Look for sellers with fewer reviews (roughly 1–400), modest stock levels and products spread across categories: small enough to be sourcing by hand, active enough to keep finding winners.
Start from brands you've sold or know well, check who else is selling them, and track those sellers. Our guides help you build the list from there.
How many sellers can I track?
Basic tracks 50 sellers, Mini Ultra 200 and Ultra 600. You can save as many sellers as you want and pause the ones you're not watching, swapping them in and out whenever.
Product data & tools
Do I still need a separate FBA calculator?
No. Fees, shipping, ROI and max cost are built into the FBA profit calculator, both in the app and in the Chrome extension while you browse Amazon, so you can vet a product right where you found it.
What data do I get on each product?
Sales rank, monthly sales, price, offers and price history, refreshed daily. The point is deciding from one screen instead of cross-checking four tools.
What is AI search?
Describe what you're after in plain English ("new this week under $50") and it finds matching products for you. Every plan includes monthly AI search results, from 8,000 on Basic to 100,000 on Ultra.
Can I check stock outside Amazon?
Yes. The US retailer stock checker (Mini Ultra and up) covers Target, Walmart, Best Buy and more, so you see availability at the source before you buy.
Account & billing
Can I use the web app on mobile?
Yes. The web app works on desktop and mobile with the same account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly, or yearly with two months free, and you can cancel from settings whenever.
Can I add teammates to my account?
Not yet. Folders can be shared with a prep partner or VA, but separate teammate accounts are not available.
How do I contact support?
Through the Intercom widget in the app: you message the team directly, whether it's a product question or sourcing advice.
