Affiliate program terms

These terms are an agreement between you and 1981 LLC (dba Stealth Seller) ("Stealth Seller", "we", "us") covering the Stealth Seller affiliate program (the "Program"). You accept them by applying to the Program or by sharing your referral link. Our Terms of service also apply to your use of Stealth Seller, and section 16 of them — arbitration and the class action waiver — applies to disputes under these terms too.

1. Joining

You apply through the form on our affiliates page. We review every application by hand and may accept or decline it for any reason, without having to give one. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

Once accepted, you get a dashboard on our affiliate platform, Rewardful, with your referral link, your referrals, and your earnings. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your affiliate account.

2. Commission

You earn 20% of every payment a referred customer makes for a Stealth Seller subscription, for the life of the customer, for as long as the customer keeps paying and you remain in the Program in good standing.

Commission is calculated on the amount we actually collect, after discounts and excluding sales tax, VAT, and similar taxes. It begins with the referred customer's first paid charge: a free trial earns nothing until it converts. Customers you refer get 50% off their first month.

We may change the commission rate or structure for the future with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change does not reduce commission already earned.

3. Attribution

A customer counts as your referral when they follow your referral link and subscribe within 30 days, on the same browser, without clearing its cookies. Attribution is recorded by Rewardful. If a customer followed more than one affiliate's link, the most recent link within the window gets the credit.

These do not earn commission:

• Your own account, any account you control, and accounts of anyone in your household or business (self-referrals)
• Customers who were already Stealth Seller customers or had a trial before following your link
• Accounts created only to use the referral discount, with no intention of paying beyond it
• Referrals obtained in breach of section 5

If our records and Rewardful's disagree, we will look into it in good faith; our determination, made reasonably, decides.

4. Payouts

Commission is paid monthly, after a 30-day hold, through the payout methods available in your Rewardful dashboard. The hold lets refunds, failed payments, and chargebacks settle first.

If a payment you earned commission on is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the commission on it is reversed too, and if it has already been paid we may deduct it from your next payouts.

You need to give accurate payout and tax information before we can pay you, including a W-9 if you are in the United States or a W-8 form if you are not. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Payment processor fees, if any, are as shown in your dashboard.

5. How you may promote Stealth Seller

Do:

• Promote Stealth Seller honestly, to an audience you have, on channels you control: your videos, posts, newsletters, communities, courses, and website
• Describe the product accurately, using the features and prices on our website
• Use our name and logo as we provide them, only to refer to Stealth Seller

Do not:

• Bid on "Stealth Seller", "StealthSeller", or close variations as keywords in paid search, or use them in a domain, social handle, or app name
• Run paid ads that send traffic straight to your referral link, unless we have agreed to it in writing
• Send unsolicited email, texts, or direct messages, or post your link where it is spam
• Make income claims, promise results, or say anything about Stealth Seller, Amazon, or reselling that is false or misleading
• Claim to be Stealth Seller, speak on our behalf, or suggest an endorsement or partnership we have not given
• List the referral discount on coupon or deal sites
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, bots, or any other trick that sets a referral cookie without a real, informed click
• Promote Stealth Seller alongside content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit

6. Disclosure

The FTC's Endorsement Guides require you to tell your audience that you earn a commission. Every place you share your link must say so clearly and close to the link or recommendation — for example, "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link." A disclosure hidden in a profile, a "links" page, or at the bottom of a long description is not enough, and in videos it must be said, not only written. Follow the equivalent rules wherever your audience is.

7. Your relationship with us

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer, and you may not bind us to anything. The Program is not exclusive: you may promote other products, and we may work with other affiliates.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our name, logo, and the materials we provide, only to promote Stealth Seller under these terms. It ends when you leave the Program.

8. Leaving and termination

You may leave the Program at any time by telling us or by closing your affiliate account. We may end your participation at any time with notice. Commission earned up to the date you leave is paid on the normal schedule once its hold has passed.

If you breach these terms, we may end your participation immediately, and commission connected to the breach, and any unpaid commission if the breach is fraud, is forfeited. We may also stop the Program altogether with 30 days' notice; earned commission is still paid.

9. Liability

The Program and the Rewardful platform are provided "as is". We are not liable for tracking that fails because of a visitor's browser settings, ad blockers, or an outage outside our control.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the Program, and our total liability to you under these terms is capped at the commission we paid you in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from how you promoted Stealth Seller, including claims about your content, your disclosures, or a breach of section 5 or 6.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, as set out in section 17 of the Terms of service. We may change these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email; continuing in the Program after the change takes effect means you accept it. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Information we share with you about the Program that is not public — unreleased features, campaign data, customer numbers — is confidential.
