How Watchers works
How often do you check the store?
You pick when you watch: every 30 minutes, 2 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours or once a day. 6 hours is the default, and you can change it on any watcher later.
How long does a watch run?
30 days unless you pick another length, up to 3 months. Once it's back you get one alert and that watch is done. Want it again? Watch it again.
What if the product is in stock when I add it?
Then there's nothing to alert on yet. A back in stock alert goes out after we've seen it sold out and then back in stock.
Can I watch an Amazon listing?
No. Watchers checks the store where you buy, not where you sell. Paste the store's product page.
Does it alert on price drops?
Not right now. Watches alert when a product is back in stock.
Can I turn off the emails?
Yes, in your notification settings. Each watcher alert stays on in at least one place, email or the app.
Credits
What does a check cost?
1 credit each time we check the store. Every 30 minutes uses 48 a day, every 6 hours uses 4. A product with two source links is two checks, and a check that fails costs nothing.
How many credits come with my plan?
5,000 on Basic, 12,000 on Mini Ultra and 36,000 on Ultra, every month. They refill each billing period, yearly plans too, and don't roll over. A trial gets one batch for the whole trial.
What happens if I run out?
Your watches pause, nothing gets deleted. They pick back up on their own as soon as credits come back, from your monthly refill or a pack.
Do tracked sellers use credits?
No. Credits only pay for watchers. Tracking sellers is separate.
