1. The program

Stealth Seller live class reminders is a text-message program run by 1981 LLC (dba Stealth Seller) ("Stealth Seller", "we", "us"). When you register for one of our live classes (webinars), we text you reminders about that class: when it starts and the link to join.

2. How you join

You join by entering your mobile phone number on a live class registration form and submitting it. By doing so you agree to receive automated reminder texts about that class from Stealth Seller at that number, and you confirm that you are the subscriber of the number or have the subscriber's permission to use it.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can reply STOP straight away and still attend: the join link is also in your confirmation and reminder emails.

3. What we send, and how often

For each live class you register for, we send up to 3 texts: one the day before, one an hour before, and one when the class goes live. If you register late, the reminders whose time has already passed are skipped, not sent late. Message frequency varies with the number of classes you register for.

The texts are about the class you registered for. We do not use this number to send unrelated promotions, and we do not sell, rent, or share it or your consent with anyone for their marketing.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any of our texts. Our provider also recognizes STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You will get one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that.

To start again, reply START, or register for a class again.

You can also ask us to stop by emailing privacy@stealthseller.co with your phone number.

6. Costs

We do not charge for these texts. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan, and your carrier's international rates apply if your number is outside the United States.

7. Carriers and delivery

We send to mobile numbers in the United States, and to numbers in other countries where our text-message provider can deliver. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, and we cannot guarantee that every text arrives or arrives on time; the emails carry the same information.

8. Your number and your privacy

Your phone number is used only to send these reminders and is handled as described in our Privacy policy. Registrations are deleted from our systems 21 days after you sign up. Our live-class host never receives your phone number.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only outside party that receives it is our text-message delivery provider, so that it can deliver the texts.

9. Changes

We may change these terms, and will post the change here and move the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects the texts you receive, we will text you about it before it applies.
